I’ve used up enough products to write another Empties post! My last one was quite a long time ago, safe to say I don’t go through products that quickly. Well, here we go!
Camomile Silky Cleansing Oil | This was alright, but not great. It did the job but it was super super oily. I know it’s an oil but it left my skin a little too oily after using it for my liking. Plus it kind of stung my eyes sometimes. So I won’t be repurchasing this.
Drs. Hands Schreuder HPO body cream | I got this in a beauty subscription box quite a while ago and it’s taking me super long to finish, which I guess is a good thing. It was nice, nothing special but it moisturised my body so it did the job. I won’t be buying it again though because I love trying out new body creams and butters and alike, and now I have all the Christmassy ones to finish!
Nyx Matte Finish Setting Spray | I do really like this product. I’ve already bought a new one, I am not quite the expert in setting sprays but I get the feeling that this one works and I like the spray it has so I’m sticking with it for now. Although I would love to try out the Urban Decay All Nighter setting spray as I’ve heard so many good things about it.
RB Cosmetica Aloe Vera Face and Body Cream | When I got back from my holiday in Spain last summer I suddenly found this in my closet. I guess my dad found it somewhere in the house (don’t know how that happened?) and thought it was mine so he put it with my other skincare. It wasn’t mine, but it was almost empty and I do love aloe vera for my skin so I thought I would just finish it. It was good, nothing special, again. I won’t be repurchasing it as I’m pretty sure it’s a Spanish brand and I have no idea where I could purchase it, and also, same story as with the Hans Schreuder body cream, I want to try new ones!
The Ordinary Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5 | This serum is the first thing I tried from The Ordinary. It’s what got me hooked to trying more of the brand. I did really like what it did, I really got the feeling that it truly delivered all the ingredients deep into my skin. Yet I won’t be buying it again just cause I think my skin needs something else at the moment, so I’m using something else by the same brand. You’ll see that coming up in my next empties probably!
PS… Hydrating Coconut Creamy Mask & Moisturising Avocado Sheet Mask | Last time I was in Primark I decided to pick up some of their masks to try out. I am not really overwhelmed or anything. The avocado mask was nice, but the coconut creamy mask didn’t feel quite as hydrating as I would want it to be. So I won’t be repurchasing these but I still have some other ones from Primark, hopefully they will be better.
Lush Cosmetic Warrior Face Mask | This is the first mask I actually used up within a month. Due to it being a fresh face mask it had to be kept in the fridge and it went out of date within a month, so I used this like twice a week for a month. To be honest, I didn’t notice much of difference. It’s supposed to be amazing for spots but nothing really happened. I don’t know why, but this mask I guess it just not for me.
Nyx Cosmetics HD Photogenic Concealer | Up until recently this was the concealer I used every day. Until I started noticing it was fading really quickly during the day. I don’t know if that had something to do with the powder on top or the primer or anything. I did buy a new one and I’m planning to start using it again soon to try it out again, because I did really like how this concealer looked!
Rimmel Vinyl Gloss | This gloss is OLD. I mean really old. I got this from a good friend of my stepdad years and years ago as a birthday or Christmas present. I got this when I wasn’t wearing foundation yet I don’t think, so this is really old. So this was long overdue to be thrown out of my collection. I also haven’t used it in years. I am not going to be repurchasing this as Rimmel is not cruelty free unfortunately.
